Scope
These terms apply to all services and quotes from Bluestars.
Services
We deliver AI solutions and related services as described in our proposals. Changes or extensions are always agreed in advance.
Rates and invoicing
- Prices are agreed in advance in a quote or contract.
- Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
Intellectual property
All source code, models and documentation that we develop remain the property of Bluestars, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
We treat all information received as confidential and use it only for the agreed purpose.
Liability
We strive for high quality, but are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount of the last invoice for the service concerned.
Termination
Both parties may end the collaboration in accordance with the agreed notice period. Ongoing obligations and outstanding invoices remain valid.
